⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Life Changing Support - I Can’t Recommend Jen Enough!

I started weekly sessions with Jen five months ago when I was at breaking point. I was dealing with crippling anxiety that stopped me from doing normal things like flying, going on holiday, visiting the dentist, and managing health anxiety. I had tried multiple therapies in the past and understood the concept of anxiety, but I just couldn't put it into practice. I honestly couldn’t see how my life could ever improve.

Fast forward to today, and I never thought I could be living the life I have now. Thanks to Jen, I’ve successfully had dental treatments and have even been away on holiday, alongside countless other wins that once felt completely impossible. While I still experience normal anxious moments, I can control them easily now. It’s so much more manageable, and I never get to that terrifying spiralling point anymore.

Jen is a truly amazing therapist. She listens, without judgement, shows genuine care and interest, and creates a completely safe space. She has seen all different versions of me, yet she shows up with the same patience, kindness and support every single time. She even accommodates last minute sessions when I’m struggling, always with genuine willingness.

One thing that makes Jen so special is how much she celebrates every little win with you. People around you don’t always understand how huge it is to do something that feels terrifying when you struggle with anxiety; but Jen gets it, and she makes you feel proud of every step forward.

I know most people do their sessions and move on, but I honestly can't imagine losing her support and our chats…so she is likely stuck with me for a while longer (if she’ll have me! 🤣).

If you are on the fence about hypnotherapy, let my experience be the push you need to give it a go. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

It took me a very long time to pluck up the courage to get some help for the almost crippling anxiety that appeared almost out of nowhere . I made my first appointment with Jen and on our first session she made me feel at ease straight away with her warm approach and gentle humour and clearly explained how the primitive part of my brain was working. The deep relaxation sessions and helpful relaxing tape at night has been an extremely helpful addition to my weekly sessions. Today, after roughly 12 sessions I now have my life back, a tearful realisation of that hit me last week realising how far I had come. I am so glad I booked my first session with Jen she has really helped me more than words can say and I cannot recommend her enough.

After struggling on for some time I decided to take the plunge and address my issue today with my 1st consultation.
After explaining certain things to me Jen made me feel like I am 100% on the right path and at long last it has given me some hope that I can begin to feel much better in the near future.
