I started seeing Jen some months back for my fear of flying after a couple of bad experience's and if I’m honest some other anxiety related issues which was causing me stress in my everyday life.
I was nervous and unsure what to expect but Jen was so professional and immediately put me at ease with her warm friendly nature. I felt reassured and heard which was so important to me.
Over the course of my sessions week by week my confidence and positivity built.
You can’t help but a feel a warm sense of peace when you are in Jen’s company which truly is a gift. She has now given me the tools and the positivity to confidently deal with situations that might arise that can trigger my anxieties. I even managed recently to get on a Plane all by myself, which I would have really struggled with before my therapy and this is all through Jen’s help.
She has shown me a different perspective and how to try to remain positive even when times are challenging.

What can I say, Jen was recommended to us by a friend as we had tried every avenue for my daughters mental health, she was 16 anorexic and felt lost, I got in touch and booked the initial assessment and Jen explained the process, we were sceptical at first but kept an open mind, after many sessions Jen had me go back to our GP to have my daughter assessed for Autism as they go hand in hand with each other, needless to say my daughter was diagnosed with autism she passed her A levels then just after the diagnosis she took a year out to heal she is now on the road to recovery, passed her driving test and been accepted into University. Jen noticed I was also falling apart and helped me to, I am more confident, lost weight and still to this day fall asleep listening to Jen’s support Tracks. I can hand on heart never thank Jen enough for all her help and support over the last few years and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help.
